Price includes cost of salmon, transport, customs clearance, duty & taxes, and delivery to the door in Japan!

*note 1 Unfortunately, some small islands including Okinawa must be excluded in order to transport fresh food safely. Delivery outside Japan (e.g. China or Korea) is regrettably unaccepted either.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Although the product is vaccume packed, it is fresh food. Therefore, we take extreme care to keep the quality by using refer transport. Also every local warehouse of the transport company in Japan has fridge facility. Therefore, the product will not be damaged within the shelf life even if deliveries arefailed few times due to absense.

However, we would appreciate your cooperation for assuring smooth delivery, thus, please check and double check to write the correct delivery address and telephone number. Also, please make sure if the consignee will be at home during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. We are not in a position to make any refund in case of failure of delivery within the best before date of the products because of your filling of incorrect address or telephone number, or absense of the consignee whole period of Christmas and New Year holiday season.
